The season of Spring is about here even though it doesn't feel like it outside. SUO Challenges #196 is all about Spring and it's wonderful events. Go visit their blog for some great ideas for Spring themed cards. I designed this card so that it would fit into a standard business sized envelope for mailing. It features the Sweet Sugarplum 2016-2018 in-color, lots of gold accents, and a Very Vanilla Background.

St. Paddy’s Day Card Challenges
Every once in a while, I like to play and combine a lot of card challenges. Today's card combines three different ideas: card design, card layout and color. Colorful Seasons Summer Card
I used two on the above card for the banners behind the sentiment. I also added a touch of the gold foil outlined with the stitched framelits. This card was CASEd from the annual catalog's sample. I love the mini chevron ribbon in this suite. It is so soft and easy to work with. I added a touch of it tied off with white twine. The Glitter Enamel dots add a touch of sparkle.
Colorful Seasons Spring Card
The Color Theory Suite in the Stampin' UP Annual Catalog is one of the most versatile sets in the catalog. It works for all the seasons and has coordinating products for memory keeping as well. The DSP 6x6 stack has lovely tonal papers that have an ombre effect like in the card pictured above.
