The Colorful Seasons Bundle is definitely one of my favorite things from the Annual Catalog. I decided to use the winter themed die to create an unusual combination of snowflakes using Washi tape. Most people really don't know what to do with Washi tape other than to hold dies in place on your big shot. It really can be a versatile element in scrapbooking and card making. It is a simple way to add pattern and color. But did you know that you can stick it down to a piece of whisper white card stock in any pattern you like, and then place your die over it and cut it on the big shot?

Colorful Seasons Summer Card
I used two on the above card for the banners behind the sentiment. I also added a touch of the gold foil outlined with the stitched framelits. This card was CASEd from the annual catalog's sample. I love the mini chevron ribbon in this suite. It is so soft and easy to work with. I added a touch of it tied off with white twine. The Glitter Enamel dots add a touch of sparkle.
Colorful Seasons Spring Card
The Color Theory Suite in the Stampin' UP Annual Catalog is one of the most versatile sets in the catalog. It works for all the seasons and has coordinating products for memory keeping as well. The DSP 6x6 stack has lovely tonal papers that have an ombre effect like in the card pictured above.
