On Stage 2017 Swag

Image of On Stage 2017 swag
Stampin’ UP On Stage gave all its demonstrators a messenger bag, coffee cup, planner, stamp set, pens and a collapsible trash bin.

It is an awesome perk as a demonstrator for Stampin’ UP to be able to attend their live On Stage events.  I always come back excited and inspired to try a lot of new techniques and ideas.

Demonstrators come back with a lot of fun swag as well.  I also won a stamp set in the prize patrol and they gave all attendees an additional stamp set as well.

Another great perk that you get as a demonstrator is the product purchase premier.  You can participate in purchasing from a select group of products from the new catalog before anyone else if you attend the On Stage event!  It is so exciting to be able to work with products so quickly.

Stampin’ UP demonstrators who did not attend the live event get to order December 1st.  Customers get to order beginning January 1st.

Do you want to be one of the lucky ones and get in on the fun?

Stamparatus - A new way to stamp

It’s big news when something breaks the mold and changes everything. Was there lots of cheering  when Sara Douglass announced the introduction of this amazing tool to the Stampin’ Up! product line at On Stage? Yes, there was! Here is a little sneak peek of what it can do.

The Stamparatus will change the way you stamp, and before long, you’ll wonder how you crafted without it!

Why do YOU need one? You’ll fall in love with stamping all over again when you learn everything you can do with it!

    • Consistently stamp crisp, clean images
    • If you want a darker impression, apply more ink and restamp—no need to start over
    • Make fewer mistakes, saving time and money

    • Develop new and specialized stamping techniques with adjustable stamping plates and precision placement

I need product details!

  • 2 magnets to hold the paper in place
  • Magnet storage areas
  • Retail Price–$49.00 USD

How To Get A Stamparatus

With the launch of this tool, we’re trying something different: testing a new reservation system. It acts like a true preorder: you reserve your spot and we guarantee shipment as soon as the product arrives in our warehouse. Demonstrators and customers will place reservations and receive their product at the same time. This system will allow Stampin’ Up to get the product to market as soon as possible while avoiding backorders and efficiently managing inventory.

The global launch will feature three reservation windows. For each window, please note the following:

  • Reservation quantities are while supplies last.
  • Limit is 3 tools per demonstrator and 1 tool per customer per reservation window.
  • You may participate in multiple reservation windows.
  • In order to reserve your Stamparatus, you are required to provide your credit card information.
  • Credit cards will not be charged until the Stamparatus ships from our facility. When you close your order, be sure to verify that your credit card and shipping information is correct.
    November 16–30, 2017 Approx. February 1, 2018
    December 5–30, 2017 Approx. March 19, 2018

On Stage Swaps 2017

On Stage In Utah

One of the best things about being a demonstrator is the privilege of attending various Stampin’ Up events.  My friend, Shannon and I attended On Stage in Utah last weekend.  We had a blast meeting demonstrators from all over the country and the world. Be sure to check out Shannon’s blog at: Stampin’ Frenzy  She made a cute little treat swap!

It is always inspirational to see what other people create with the same stamp sets and tools. We also get to see great presentations from other demos and the Stampin’ Up trainers.  Not to mention the Prize Patrol!

Join Us

This is one of the best benefits of becoming a Stampin’ UP demo.  But there are so many others!

Here are some FAQs on becoming a demo.

Q. What are the minimum sales requirements?

A. You only need to submit 300 CSV (Commissionable Sales Volume) in sales per quarter. That is less than an average Stampin’ Up! workshop! Also, you can submit your sales in any increment you wish and still receive your 20 percent discount and commission (or 25 percent if you become a bronze elite title or above).

Q. What if I want to do this as a hobby and not necessarily a business?

A. Stampin’ Up! supports all demonstrators, no matter their goals or the level at which they choose to run their business. If you choose not to hold workshops, you can simply place your own orders and/or collect orders from family and friends to equal the quarterly sales minimum.

Q. Can I be my own host?

A. Yes, you can be your own host anytime you want. Invite your family and friends into your home and have a workshop. You will be the host, receiving the Stampin’ Rewards, as well as the demonstrator, receiving your instant income and commission.

Q. How much does it cost to get started as a demonstrator?

A. The Starter Kit is only $99 USD and is fully customizable. You choose up to $125 USD worth of any current Stampin’ Up! products, and you will also receive a business supplies pack containing materials you need to run your business (valued at least $35 USD).

Q. How can I make money as a demonstrator?

A. You can earn money in three ways: instant or deferred income (20 or 25 percent of each order), monthly volume rebates (4-13 percent of total monthly sales), and monthly team commissions (1–6.5 percent of your recruits’ sales).

Q. Do I have to recruit other demonstrators?

A. No. If you were to recruit demonstrators, you would be paid team commissions on your team’s sales, but this is a perk, not a requirement.

Q. Where will I get project ideas for my workshops? What kind of training can I expect?

A. Stampin’ Up! provides dozens of training resources filled with project ideas and tips to help you run every aspect of your business, including a quarterly publication called Stampin’ Success, Demonstrator Support agents, a demonstrator-only website, and annual and seasonal catalogs.

Q. Is Stampin’ Up! a well-known, respected company?

A. Since 1988, Stampin’ Up! has been selling stamps and papercrafting supplies. In that time, not only have we won industry awards and accolades, but also the loyalty and admiration of demonstrators and customers alike. And that is a trend that we work hard to maintain. You can rest assured that the reputation of Stampin’ Up! will only continue to improve!

Q. What if I decide that I don’t like it once I’ve started? Will I be penalized if I quit?

A. You may choose to stop at anytime, and you will not be penalized. You simply stop placing orders. However, there are many benefits to remaining an active demonstrator. If you have any questions about Stampin’ Up! or becoming a Stampin’ Up! demonstrator, please contact your demonstrator.
