Fill out the entry form above. One winner will be chosen at random using Random Name Picker. Please only one entry allowed per name and address. Additional entries will be disqualified. No purchase is necessary to win, but as a courtesy, please consider sharing my giveaway on social media. The number of entries determines the odds of winning.  Prizes will be delivered by mail.  All entrants must live in the USA.  You must be over the age of 18 to enter. The winner will be notified by email and announced in a future blog post. By entering, you agree to have your name and state posted in that future blog post. (example: Jane Doe, NJ)
