This free Sale-a-Bration stamp set can be yours with a $50 order in my online store. The open line work makes this set perfect for any coloring medium. For this card, watercolor pencils were used for all the coloring and the blending was done with a blender pen. It is an easy technique for beginner watercolor artists.
