Obsessed with Pumpkin Spice?
Yes, that would be me. Yes, I am one of those people who looks forward to that Fall flavor. I love pumpkin pie and pumpkin bread. (wink, wink) But, who doesn’t love those two yummy treats?
I bought this candle that smells just like pumpkin pie cooking in the oven. Yum! Guess what, zero calories too. I embellished this candle for gift giving, of course. What a nice hostess gift for that busy cook on Thanksgiving!

Pleasant Pheasant Stamp Set
This is a fantastic set for the Fall Season. The classic pumpkin images are great for both Halloween and Thanksgiving. The beautiful line art that Stampin’ Up is famous for shows through in this set. It is perfect for watercoloring.
Watercolor Pencils
Did you know that you can use the Stampin’ Up! Watercolor Pencils with a Blender Pen? It makes watercoloring so easy. Just stamp the wheelbarrow image in Stazon ink on watercolor paper. Color with the pencils and go over your coloring with the blender pen. Cute and easy!
Detailed Baubles Thinlits Dies
Don’t you just love the large doily thinlit die in the Detailed Baubles Die Set? It is not just for Christmas, you know.
To make the frame for the wheelbarrow, use the large circular doily Thinlit with the copper glimmer paper and run it through the Big Shot with the precision base plate. The large circular frame lit from this set was cut with the spruce colored glimmer paper on the Big Shot as well. Just make your sandwich for the Big Shot with the magnetic plate.
These glimmer papers were from the Joyous Noel Glimmer Paper Pack. Both of these item were from my Top Ten Picks from the Stampin’ Up Holiday Catalog.
The two are layered on top of each other with multipurpose glue. The water color image of the wheelbarrow was cut with a 2 1/2″ circle punch and attached with stampin’ dimensionals. Adhere a length of ribbon to the back of the tag in the middle with tear and tape. Use tear and tape to adhere the tag to the candle.
The leaves are punched from shaded spruce card stock with the Leaf Punch. The edges are sponged with shaded spruce ink and they are tucked behind the tag with glue dots.
The “Happy Thanksgiving” sentiment from the Pleasant Pheasant Stamp Set is stamped with Stazon ink on watercolor paper. Various shades of colored pencils were scribbled diagonally across the sentiment. Then blend with the blender pen. Punch the sentiment out with the Duet Banner Punch.
