Housewarming Card
Remember that excitement at getting your first place on your own? I remember when my husband and I bought our first house. It was a cute little brick rambler on a quiet street. That was 29 years and 2 houses ago. Time does fly.
Now my daughter and her family are getting their fist house to call their own. So exciting… so of course I had to make them a card. This cute stamp set called Pop On By is perfect for that housewarming card.
Pop On By
This photopolymer set has 14 stamps included in it. They are clear photopolymer so it is easy to line up the images and layer them. The open line art images are perfect for coloring with Stampin’ Write Markers, Stampin’ Blends or Watercolor Pencils.
Great Paper
This card uses 2 specialty paper products from Stampin’ Up. The lattice work is from the Delightfully Detailed Laser-Cut Specialty Paper pack. One side is whisper white and the other side is very vanilla.
It is layered over the top of the Tropical Escape 6″x6″ DSP.
QUICK TIP:
Here is a little diagram on how to cut the Delightfully Detailed Laser-Cut Specialty Paper with your paper trimmer. Don’t use scissors to cut this because it is so delicate. The house warming card uses the lattice work box in the lower right hand corner.
