Petal Passion DSP
Stampin’ UP created a winner with the Petal Passion Designer Series Paper. You can create bold or more muted tones on the printed images by coloring with the Stampin’ Blends markers directly on the DSP.
Pinterest had lots of different examples of this technique and I had to create my own version.

For this card, I chose to use bold tones to color the flowers. A simple gold foil border highlights the colored images. The sentiment was stamped in Stazon on vellum and then attached to the card with glue dots. Gold faceted gems are attached over the glue dots to hide them.
The Petal Passion Designer Series Paper has a washed out distressed look to it which makes it very much on trend. This adds texture and interest to your cards or scrapbooks. I love that about Stampin’ UP! The company is always looking to the trends with it’s products, patterns and colors.
Don’t forget to add this paper to your order. It will be retiring soon. You don’t want to miss out!
Picture Perfect Birthday Photopolymer Stamp Set
The Picture Perfect Birthday stamp set has been a real winner as well for me from the Occasions catalog. I love the fun fonts and all the birthday artwork. The photopolymer makes the stamp see through so you can do some 2 step stamping with the bow and candle images.
