This card also uses the Picture Perfect DSP stack and the Tutti Fruitti self adhesive sequins from the Occasions catalog. My Top Ten Favorites from Stampin’ UP’s Occasions Catalog includes the DSP paper stack. The Decorative Ribbon border punch adds a fun element made from a scrap of the DSP. This tool is fun to create different border effects for your handmade cards.
