Stampin’ UP New In Colors
It is always a fun time of year when Stampin’ UP releases the new in color palette that is good for the next two years. I was ecstatic when I saw the new Lemon Lime Twist and Berry Burst. It reminds me so much of those neon colors that I grew up with as a teenager in the ’80s. Simply fun and beautiful! Leave me a comment and tell me what your new favorite in color is this year.
New Glossy Paper
I am so glad to see that in the new catalog that Stampin’ UP reintroduced the glossy white cardstock. This paper has a nice shine to it without having to add anything. I used it here for the punched daisies on these 3×3 gift cards. The center of the flower is punched from in color card stock using the 1/2″ circle punch. It is highlighted with clear wink of stella.
These cute little daisies couldn’t be easier to make with the new daisy punch. These 3×3 cards happen to fit perfectly in the new wood crate framelit die box. Simply run the die through twice to get two pieces. I used the Wood Textures DSP stack for this. Assemble by gluing the two bottom pieces together and folding along the score lines and gluing them inside the edges.
Wood Words Stamp Set
This stamp set is so cute. I love the built in texture it provides on all the little shapes. It coordinates so perfectly with the wood crate.
